Paid Ads & Creator Script Direction for a Telehealth Brand

RTHM is a telehealth platform serving Long Covid patients, a condition that affects millions but remains widely misunderstood and underserved by mainstream healthcare. When I came on, the brand was running paid ads on Meta with no conversion tracking in place and creative that wasn't connecting with the audience. Before writing a single word of copy, I used AI-assisted research to analyze online conversations around Long Covid, scanning Reddit communities and forums to identify the exact language, fears, and frustrations patients were expressing. That research became the foundation for every campaign and script I built.

I set up conversion tracking from scratch, then rebuilt the creative strategy around pain-point-driven messaging and competitive insights pulled from the broader telehealth and chronic illness space. For creator content, I scripted videos with deliberate visual hooks designed to stop the scroll and speak directly to Long Covid sufferers, directing Fiverr creators through briefs that translated patient language into platform-native storytelling. The results were immediate. Lead gen campaigns delivered conversions as low as $1.00 per lead, and the top-performing creator video campaign generated over 10,000 conversions at $1.61 CPL while accumulating over 1.3 million impressions.
